The Evaluestores sales channel is referred to as a ‘closed marketplace’ meaning that all products that go on their website need to be approved by their buyers. This channel continues to expand their site catalog with the inclusion of exceptional consumer products that fit well with their current offerings.

Product Submissions
- You submit product content to Evaluestores through the CommerceInterface platform.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of product content and will bear the shipping costs associated with misrepresented or defective item issues.
- Evaluestores maintains a uniform copy style. Their editing staff screens all product content before products appear on the website.
- You must adhere to image size requirements (650 x 650 pixels minimum).
- You must allocate inventory for products being sold on Evaluestores.
- You can adjust inventory quantities manually or automatically via the CommerceInterface platform.
Pricing
- The cost of a product is negotiated between Evaluestores and the supplier. The Evalue price of the product is at Evaluestores’ discretion.
- You can submit your product with or without shipping included. If you’re using Evaluestores’ shipping account, you will need to provide a price without shipping. If you would like to use your shipping account, it’s important that you add shipping to the price when submitting the offer sheet.
- If you use Evaluestores’ UPS account number, Evaluestores bears the cost of the freight.
Evaluestores Customer Support
Evaluestores handles all inquiries, so you will not deal with their customers directly. For detailed inquiries, an Evaluestores Customer Care Agent will contact you. Evaluestores requires an answer to customer inquiries within one (1) business day to ensure a timely resolution.

Product Order Payment
Evaluestores processes all credit card transactions and absorbs the cost of the associated processing fees. They also assume order fraud liability risk.

Fulfillment
- Although standard shipping is via ground service, Evaluestores may require products to be expedited, and you are expected to fulfill orders accordingly.
- You must include an Evaluestores-branded packing slip with all orders shipped on behalf of Evaluestores. You can export these branded packing slips from the CommerceInterface platform.
- You may not include marketing or promotional information regarding your company with any order shipped on behalf of Evaluestores.
- You are responsible for shipping orders and transmitting accurate tracking information to Evaluestores within two (2) business days of the order date.
- If you cannot meet the shipping deadline, you must notify Evaluestores as quickly as possible so that Evaluestores can communicate with the customer and cancel the order, if necessary.
Returns Policy
- Pre-paid return shipping labels are issued to customers for non-buyer’s remorse returns (returns caused by supplier mistake), the cost of which is deducted from your account.
- The customer may assume all return shipping costs for returns initiated due to buyer’s remorse.
Payment to Your Account
Evaluestores remits the agreed upon per-item price for sales of your products sold. Evaluestores remits bi-weekly payments within two (2) business days of the 1st and 16th of each month.
