Sears.com Product Submissions
- You submit product content to Sears.com through the CommerceInterface platform.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of product content and will bear the shipping costs associated with misrepresented or defective item issues.
- Sears.com has a list of required product attributes that must be met before your product goes on their website. You must adhere to image (650 x 650 pixels minimum) and copy requirements.
- You must allocate inventory for products being sold on Sears.com.
- You can adjust inventory quantities manually or automatically via the CommerceInterface platform.

- You set the selling price for each product sold on the Sears.com marketplace
- Sears.com will charge you a commission for the sale of each product

Sears.com processes all credit card transactions and absorbs the cost of the associated processing fees. They also assume order fraud liability risk.

Sears.com Shipping Solutions
- Although standard shipping is via ground service, Sears.com also offers expedited shipping on products and you are expected to fulfill orders accordingly.
- You must include a packing slip with all orders shipped on the Sears.com marketplace. You can export these branded packing slips from the CommerceInterface platform.
- You are responsible for shipping orders and transmitting accurate tracking information to Sears.com within two business days of the order date. This process can be done manually or automatically via the CommerceInterface platform. LTL orders are allowed 10 business days.
- If you cannot meet the shipping deadline, you must notify Sears.com as quickly as possible so that Sears.com can communicate with the customer and process a canceled order, if necessary. Please note that canceled orders will affect your score and can result in you getting terminated from the marketplace.
- You have the following options for shipping:
- Build shipping into the selling price of the product and offer free shipping.
- Indicate to Sears.com what amount you need for shipping on each product and they will remit that amount to you.
- Let the Sears.com shipping engine calculate shipping based on the weights and dimensions you have submitted for your products.
Sears.com Returns Policy
Returns will be sent back to the address you provide during the account setup process. Once you process the return, the CommerceInterface platform will notify Sears.com and the customer will be refunded. Your commission will be reimbursed by Sears.com via direct deposit to your bank.

Payment to Your Account
Sears.com will remit the net amount, which is the selling price you set less the category commission. Payments are transferred into your account between 13-15 days after the order is shipped.
For example, if you received an order yesterday, but provided tracking information and marked it as 'Shipped' in the CommerceInterface platform today, you would receive a deposit in your account within 15 days.
