Amazon.com Multichannel Inventory Management Integration

Amazon.com Integration | Amazon Inventory Control

Amazon is the largest online retailer, by far, as measured by its Internet sales revenue in 2010. The company began in 1995 as an online bookstore, but rapidly expanded into music, software, games, electronics, apparel, furniture, toys and more. Today, it is a publicly traded company of worldwide significance, establishing separate websites in eight countries and providing international shipping for many products.

CommerceInterface's Amazon.com online inventory control system is performance-based, with no set-up costs or hidden fees.

CommerceInterface offers full-service (managed) or self-service (un-managed) solutions for the best fit to your needs. Our full-service, managed solution includes a dedicated account manager to help you grow your Amazon business.

  • Amazon's e-commerce services and payment fraud protection helps you eliminate fraudulent orders.
  • Customers experiencing problems or not receiving items are asked to contact sellers first.
  • For unresolved issues, customers may file an A-Z form with Amazon. Once a claim is received, you will receive an email detailing the claim and requesting a response. Amazon will then determine how an issue is settled, which may include reimbursing the customer at your expense
