Drop Ship Wholesale
Drop shipping wholesalers engage in direct contact with customers when fulfilling product orders. CommerceInterface has pre-determined the fulfillment requirements for retailers within our channel network. The specific details for each retail channel are outlined below.
- Drop ship Amazon suppliers are asked to put the customer first.
- All product shipping labels must adhere to the Amazon approved format.
- Drop ship wholesalers must ship on time consistently.

- Drop ship Buy.com suppliers are expected to deliver great service and orders as promised, and sometimes are required to submit proof of shipment if a buyer makes a guarantee claim.
- Drop ship wholesalers must ship all orders in packaging that is secure enough to minimize the chance of damage during shipping. Both the shipping address and the return address must be printed legibly on every package. Every package must also include the packing slip, which can be exported from the CommerceInterface platform.
- All products must ship via a standard shipping method with a level of service at least equal to U.S. Postal Service Media Mail. Shipments sent via standard shipping are expected to arrive in the buyer's hands within 4-14 business days from the date of purchase.
- Marketing or promotional information regarding a drop ship supplier cannot be included with any order shipped on behalf of Buy.com.
- Drop ship Buy.com suppliers are responsible for shipping orders and transmitting accurate tracking information to Buy.com within two business days of the order date. This process can be done manually or automatically via the CommerceInterface platform. LTL orders are allowed 10 business days.
- Products configured for LTL freight will be submitted to Buy.com as requiring seven days for shipping lead-time. LTL products are only allowed for the Home & Outdoor, Sports, and Toys & Baby categories.
- Drop ship Buy.com suppliers not able to meet the shipping deadline must notify Buy.com as quickly as possible so that Buy.com can communicate with the customer and cancel the order, if necessary. There is no fee for order cancellations.
- Failure to comply with Buy.com’s marketplace terms and conditions including, but not limited to, consistent late shipments, frequent order cancelations due to lack of inventory, invalid tracking, and poor communication with the customers is cause for account termination.

- Standard shipping is via ground service. Overstock.com also offers expedited shipping on products with orders fulfilled accordingly.
- An Overstock.com branded packing slip must be used for all orders shipped on behalf of Overstock.com. These branded packing slips can be exported from the CommerceInterface platform.
- Marketing or promotional information regarding a drop ship supplier cannot be included with any order shipped on behalf of Overstock.com.
- Drop ship Overstock suppliers are responsible for transmitting accurate tracking information to Overstock.com within two business days of the order date. This process can be done manually or automatically via the CommerceInterface platform. LTL orders are allowed 10 business days.
- Drop ship Overstock suppliers not able to meet the shipping deadline must notify Overstock.com as quickly as possible so that Overstock.com can communicate with the customer and process a canceled order, if necessary. Canceled orders get assessed a fee.
- Failure to comply with the standard Supplier Program Agreement including but not limited to, consistent late shipments, frequent short ships, invalid tracking and poor communication with Overstock.com customer care staff is cause for account termination.

- Although standard shipping is via ground service, Sears.com also offers expedited shipping on products with orders fulfilled accordingly.
- Drop ship wholesalers must include a packing slip with all orders shipped for the Sears.com marketplace. These branded packing slips can be exported from the CommerceInterface platform.
- Drop ship Sears suppliers are responsible for shipping orders and transmitting accurate tracking information to Sears.com within two business days of the order date. This process can be done manually or automatically via the CommerceInterface platform. LTL orders are allowed 10 business days.
- Drop ship Sears suppliers not able to meet the shipping deadline must notify Sears.com as quickly as possible so that Sears.com can communicate with the customer and process a canceled order, if necessary.

- Drop ship wholesalers must include an Unbeatablesale.com-branded packing slip with all orders shipped on behalf of Unbeatablesale.com. The CommerceInterface platform allows you to export these branded packing slips.
- Drop ship Unbeatablesale suppliers may not include any marketing, costs, or promotional information in the packages you ship for Unbeatablesale.com.
- Drop ship Unbeatablesale suppliers are responsible for shipping orders and transmitting accurate tracking information to Unbeatablesale.com within two business days of the order date. This process can be done manually or automatically via the CommerceInterface platform. LTL orders are allowed 10 business days.

- Drop ship wholesalers must include a Wayfair-branded packing slip with all orders shipped from Wayfair’s supplier extranet. The CommerceInterface platform allows you to export these packing slips, automatically branded within required guidelines.
- Packing slips may not be used as a substitute for purchase orders.
- Drop ship Wayfair suppliers must ship product on Wayfair’s Small Parcel, LTL or White Glove shipping accounts; Wayfair’s Transportation Team will coordinate the initial set up. Based on expected volume, Wayfair typically arranges a schedule of daily pickups for Small Parcel and LTL accounts with White Glove pickups occurring two times per week.
- Wayfair is available through both UPS and FedEx for small parcel shipping. Suppliers are required to have their own carrier account number to ship on behalf of Wayfair. This account is to establish pickups only.
- Freight charges must be billed to the third party carrier account provided by Wayfair.
- Drop ship Wayfair suppliers are required to provide electronic tracking for all purchase orders immediately upon shipment (as such, items should not be shipped via the United States Postal Service).
