CommerceInterface Hires Vice President to Help Grow the Company
SALT LAKE CITY, UT – May 17, 2010 - CommerceInterface hires Vice President to assist in company’s growth and market position. Rob Christiansen joins CommerceInterface after having successfully sold Fourteen40, an electronic textbook company he co-founded, to Follett, Inc. Christiansen has managed development teams in the US, Ukraine, India, and China. His main role will be to provide easy-to-use technology for CommerceInterface’s suppliers, as well as expand the companies’ 3rd party and multichannel integrations.
"Rob’s experience in a startup environment and his ability to tackle big challenges is something we have been looking for. With his direction, we’re sure to take this company to the next level in the technology arena. Expanding our technology solutions and the ability to support multiple channels is how we will grow the company in the next few years," said Ivan Ramirez, CommerceInterface Founder & President.
"For the last three years we have been focused on quietly developing our business and technology with a small group of customers, and now those same customers are pushing us to support other channels, which will allow consolidation of their e-commerce distribution business into one central platform. Supporting these additional channels will be sure to bring us new customers, who would otherwise be reluctant to sell on channels like Overstock.com, due to lack of supporting multi-channel technology."
