Ivan Ramirez

Founder, President & CEO

As President & CEO of CommerceInterface, Ivan is responsible for the visionary direction of the company, sales & marketing and channel relationships. His passion for connecting supply with demand and for result driven partnerships led him to create a company that serves manufacturers, distributors, and supplier alike in a way that aligns everyone’s interests. His Software-as-a-Service approach along with a performance-based model is attracting suppliers nationwide.

Prior to founding CommerceInterface, Ivan served as an executive at Overstock.com where he was in charge of their wholesale business and business development. As a pioneer at Overstock.com, Ivan was involved in departments across the organization, including logistics, customer service, partner program, merchandising, business development, and project management.

James Lance

CTO

Lance, as we call him around here, is responsible for leading our IT group, our IT infrastructure, development, and maintaining our commerce platform. James has a successful track record in developing and implementing technology programs at emerging companies. He has close to 10 years of experience in areas such as system administration, software engineering, research and development, and IT operations.

Prior to joining CommerceInterface James served as Senior Software Developer at United Online (freeservers.com) where he developed and maintained various tools and utilities for managing websites. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from University of Phoenix.

James Davis

VP of Customer Success

James is responsible for both supplier and channel relationships alike. Since his arrival at CommerceInterface James has been instrumental in streamlining processes and building customer relationships. Under James’ direction, suppliers have seen an increase in sales and under his leadership, relationships with channels has markedly improved. James’ implementation of new processes and ideas into the CommerceInterface platform has resulted increase in revenues. James brings over 15 years of professional sales, management, and technical experience to the CommerceInterface team.

Prior to joining CommerceInterface, James’ career included both online companies like Newdfeed.net and Overstock.com, and traditional retail and merchandising companies such as Future Shops. In addition, James’ entrepreneurial spirit has led him to be involved with several successful startups.

James is a great addition to the team due to his bedrock belief that suppliers and channels must succeed first in order for CommerceInterface to succeed.
